Meet Sarah, Venue Owner (x2)
As the dreamer and doer behind two profitable wedding venues in the Southeast (looking at you, Parker Pines and Evergreen Alley), I’ve experienced every stage of owning an event space. My journey began when my family acquired 163 acres of land in Latta, South Carolina with the intention of flipping it. We thought it had a future as a Dollar General. Funny enough, it was my dad who pictured a wedding venue.
Since breaking ground on Parker Pines in 2020 and opening Evergreen Alley in 2024, I’ve learned just about every lesson the hard way. Now, as a venue consultant, my goal is to help other owners skip the trial and error. You’ll get the benefit of my firsthand experience (wins, mistakes, and everything in between!) so you can grow with intention, avoid costly surprises, and make confident decisions from day one.
I’m not another random voice on the internet telling you what to do—I’m a been-there, done-that reminder of what’s possible for your event venue when vision is supported by strategy.
